Since starting my real estate career in 2018, I've noticed that many homeowners face similar challenges during important life transitions. Often, these decisions involve multiple generations of a family working together — whether navigating inherited properties, planning for retirement, or deciding whether to sell or hold long-term rental investments. At the same time, I saw members of my own family going through many of these same situations, which gave me a deeper appreciation for how personal and complex these decisions can be.
In many of these cases, I realized that traditional real estate services didn't fully address the complexity of the choices families were facing. Over time, I began helping clients evaluate multiple options — whether selling for maximum value, selling as-is, or converting a property into a performing rental asset.
